How can I appeal a red card?

If you were sent off for anything other than for receiving 2 cautions in the same match [S7] or using offensive, insulting and/or abusive language and/or gestures [S6], you have 2 working days to submit an intention to enter a Claim of Wrongful Dismissal by Email to Discipline@BirminghamFA.com

For example, if you are sent off on a Sunday, you have until Tuesday at 5.00pm to confirm your intention to enter a Claim of Wrongful Dismissal. Anything over this time will not be considered and the dismissal will stand.

 

You will then have a further 2 days, in the example above by 5.00pm on Thursday, to submit any evidence to Birmingham County FA in support of the claim and pay the claim fee.

The claim will then be heard by a Discipline Commission before the suspension begins, and the Club will be informed of the result at the earliest opportunity.
